Business Development Executive

Protect is a dedicated whistleblowing charity in the UK with a designated free legal advice centre. We offer a unique service; provide free legal advice to whistle-blowers, expertly advise public policy and work with organisations from FTSE250 to SMEs to enhance their arrangements to protect employees throughout the UK.

We are looking for entry-level sales candidates to prospect and develop our database for new opportunities, whilst learning/developing their business skills from our training.

The focus of this role is to win business across the UK, focusing primarily on finding new business via telesales, LinkedIn and canvassing events for business opportunities.

Experience in B2B tele-sales is useful but not essential as training will be given: however a winning, personable and resilient personality is vital.

Skills, experience and attributes required:

  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to hit deadlines, targets, and work under pressure

Digital Campaign Manager

We’re looking for a digital campaign manager to join our great team. You’ll be implementing new technology and using data insight to create and optimise targeted campaigns to promote our vital training, consultancy and support services to organisations, as well as help out with content and events.

Protect is the only dedicated whistleblowing charity in the UK with a designated free legal advice centre. We offer a unique service; provide free legal advice to whistleblowers, expertly advise public policy and work with organisations from FTSE250 to SME’s to enhance their arrangements to protect employees through the UK.

The role:

To carry out this role successfully, you will have a solid understanding of analytics and insights from CRM data to shape the campaign strategy with a particular focus on what content drives the best engagement and response amongst different target audiences.

You will have strong project management skills in planning, developing and delivering targeted lifecycle campaigns that drive both acquisition and reactivation opportunities. This includes email marketing campaigns as well as segmented organic and paid social media campaigns across different channels. You will be able to communicate effectively and create/replicate reports to demonstrate progress and failure and brief others in the marketing team.  You will have a solid understanding on PCC, Paid Social, SEO and display activities as well as the following:

* Social media advertising
* Identifying SEO opportunities and errors within websites
* Managing PPC, including Google Ads and Linkedin Ads
* Web and data analytics
* Some experience of copywriting would be desirable
